Hello, I am Ryan Taylor, owner of Golden Gift Consulting. I am a seasoned management, marketing, and nonprofit consultant. I analyze businesses and come up with comprehensive, creative solutions for sustainable revenue growth. I have worked as a high-level business consultant for several years. I am a relationship oriented person, and am known for my successful professional relationships with clients and partners. I am innovative and creative, and I leverage these skills to come up with solutions to help businesses solve problems and to create management and marketing strategies for growth.
When it comes to creating marketing solutions for a client, our team will sit down with business owners and staff, and have in-depth discussions to find out what has been working and what has not been working for them. After our discussions, we conduct industry research and apply our extensive marketing knowledge to come up with the best marketing solutions for each company. When creating a marketing campaign or other marketing solutions for companies, we closely analyze which forms of marketing, which channels, and which platforms will best fit a particular business and industry. We then create, manage, and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that are best suited for the individual business’s capacity, budget, and target market.
When it comes to nonprofit consulting, we do thorough analysis of the nonprofit’s capacity and service community. Proposal Manager
Veronica Ybarra
Veronica Ybarra is a proposal manager for Golden Gift Consulting. She offers our clients government proposal and contract expertise based on her more than 25 years of experience preparing proposals and managing projects. Her experience spans the entire proposal process from identifying government opportunities and planning for solicitations through proposal submittal. She analyzes RFPs and solicitations, designs proposal response outlines and templates, and writes persuasive proposal content.
As a proposal manager, Veronica has assembled and led teams of proposal writers and subject matter experts in preparing successful proposals for multi-million-dollar contracts. She has managed proposal teams that have included multiple subcontractors. Her experience includes working with clients in a wide range of industries, from janitorial to engineering. Whether a brief letter proposal or a multi-volume proposal, she ensures that each proposal fully complies with all solicitation requirements.
Veronica specializes in assisting small businesses and has provided consulting services related to business development, business planning, operations, and contract performance.
A member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, Veronica routinely pursues continuing education relevant to her work. She holds a B.A. in biology from Mount Holyoke College and completed graduate coursework in the environmental field.

Shelly Najjar is an Assistant Project Manager for Golden Gift Consulting. She has years of experience operating a small business in the healthcare industry and has created and managed an online and in-person business networking organization. Shelly is known for being detail-oriented and highly organized. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Washington.
